Do we take insurance?

No, and we are considered out-of-network; and we definitely don’t take pet insurance.

You can submit claims to your insurance company.

Many who choose to submit for reimbursement will get a significant portion refunded. Please check with your insurance provider to determine actual cost before making an appointment.

We will provide claim forms and help you in every way possible to make this process easy for you. And we are also looking into the possibility of submitting these claims for you—stay tuned.

We accept Debit Card, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express (reluctantly), and Cash.   


Will I be charged for cancellations?

No, not if you give us at least 24 business hours notice (e.g., if you cancel an appointment for Monday at 2pm, please cancel by 2pm on Friday). If less, we reserve the right to charge you for the time reserved.

However, we know life happens and will try to be understanding; unless you are one of those people whose life keeps happening exactly when you are supposed to be here.

If any link sends you to this page, please e-mail Julie directly. She is definitely responsible for the broken link; possibly responsible for your bad attitude because of joking when you’re trying hard to be sad; and given her construction hobby, probably responsible for your flat tire.

She is fairly good at correcting attitudes, decent at changing tires, but only so-so at web design and sit-down comedy—so any and all corrections are welcome (bad links, bad jokes, grammar mistakes, misspellings, etc.).
